Anthony Tilton’s practice specifically focuses on occupational safety and health law relating to the litigation and appeal of OSHA citations against employers in the construction, manufacturing, transportation and agricultural industries.

Anthony is a Shareholder with Ausley McMullen’s Construction Law Practice Group. Anthony defends general contractors, subcontractors, builders, and manufacturers throughout the United States in enforcement actions brought by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”).

Anthony’s practice specifically focuses on occupational safety and health law relating to the litigation and appeal of OSHA citations against employers in the construction, manufacturing, transportation, and agricultural sectors. His OSHA defense work often involves compliance assistance representation, which allows Anthony to work with employers to build programs, policies, and procedures to prevent future OSHA enforcement. In addition to Safety and Health representation aimed at the prevention of OSHA Citations, Anthony appears regularly on behalf of industry employers in litigation and appeals before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission and the United States Courts of Appeals.

Anthony is a Certified Building Contractor who served as a residential and commercial general contractor on construction projects throughout the Southeast before transitioning to the practice of law.
