
Alexander Lenk
A former judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, Alex Lenk focuses his practice on litigation and construction law.
Alex Lenk is a litigation associate at Ausley McMullen where he works on a variety of cases including complex business litigation, contractual disputes in the construction sector, employment discrimination charges, and construction defect and delay claims. He also regularly handles lien foreclosure litigation and commercial collections.
Prior to joining Ausley McMullen, Alex served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark E. Walker of the Northern District of Florida and the Honorable Katherine P. Nelson of the Southern District of Alabama. While in law school, Alex served as a staff editor on the Florida State University Law Review and as the Competition Chair for the FSU College of Law Moot Court Team.
