With a background as a judicial clerk at Florida's First District Court of Appeals, Luke focuses his practice in the area of litigation and construction law.
Luke Forsthoefel is a litigation associate at Ausley McMullen where he works on a variety of cases. Luke has previous experience that includes, but is not limited to, litigating business disputes, complex contractual disputes in the construction sector, construction defect and delay claims, bond and lien claims, warranty claims, and insurance coverage disputes. He also regularly handles matters involving trust and estate litigation, commercial collections, and a variety of business disputes.
Prior to joining Ausley McMullen, Luke served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Stephanie W. Ray of Florida’s First District Court of Appeal. While in law school, Luke was a Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy teaching assistant and externed with the Honorable Lori S. Rowe of Florida’s First District Court of Appeal.
