Summer Clerking Program

Ausley McMullen is accepting applications from first and second year law students for our 2026 Summer Clerking Program. The Program is a paid, full-time clerkship for approximately eleven weeks. This highly selective program provides four students with a chance to hone research and writing skills at one of Florida's most well-respected litigation and business law firms. Students will have the opportunity to work in a variety of practice areas and observe legal proceedings.

Applicants should be in the top 25% of their class with journal and/or moot court experience. Interested students should email a cover letter, resume, law school transcript through completion of the Fall 2025 term, and writing sample to Shareholder, Malcolm Means at mmeans@ausley.com. The deadline for applications is February 20, 2026.
