Ausley McMullen, a business and civil litigation law firm with longstanding connections to Florida state government, is accepting applications for its summer clerking program.  The program is open to 1st and 2nd year students. It offers a full-time clerking experience for eleven weeks. Limited to six students, the selection process is highly competitive.  Successful applicants are usually in the top twenty percent of the class. Most second year students will have law review, moot court and/or mock trial experience. This is an on-site clerking position.
