Benjamin B. Bush, Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate, represents institutional and private lenders, developers and landowners in all types of financing and transactional real estate matters.

Benjamin B. Bush is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney, and he is also a member of the Georgia Bar.  Ben’s practice includes the areas of transactional Real Estate law, Commercial and Agricultural lending, and Real Property and Land Use law.

Ben represents institutional and private lenders in connection with the negotiation and documentation of real estate financing transactions, including real estate and asset-based lending, construction financing, permanent lending and loan workouts and restructures. He also represents landowners in connection with the acquisition, financing and disposition of commercial, agricultural and timberland properties. Additionally, Ben represents real estate developers in connection with the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of real property for office, retail, condominium and mixed-use projects.

  • Represented Lender in acquisition loan on mobile home park in Cobb Co., GA
  • Represented Lender in substitution of collateral for commercial loan in Leon Co., FLA
  • Represented Purchaser in acquisition of commercial development land in Chatham Co., GA
  • Represented Purchaser in acquisition and financing of 445 +/- acres of high-fenced hunting plantation, including deer breeding and research facility, in Gadsden Co., FLA
  • Represented Lender in equipment and inventory loan for a grocery store in Dougherty Co., GA
  • Represented Landowner in negotiation of multiple solar leases and options in FLA and GA
