Anthony Tilton spoke at the Central Florida Roofing and Sheetmetal Association conference.  His presentation included a discussion on the OSHA inspection and investigation process. Topics also included analysis and recommendations on the documents, training materials, company policies and procedures, and disciplinary action programs necessary to adequately defend a construction employer against an OSHA enforcement action.
