Ken Hart, Chair and CEO of the firm, focuses his practice on commercial litigation, products liability, regulatory and constitutional issues.

Kenneth Hart is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Ausley McMullen where his primary area of practice is litigation. In recent years, Ken’s litigation practice has mainly focused on commercial litigation, products liability, regulatory and constitutional issues. He was formerly a CPA with Price Waterhouse in Miami and he serves as General Counsel for the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
