Michael J. Glazer Appointed to American Arbitration Association National Roster of Arbitrators
Ausley McMullen is proud to announce that, President of the firm, Micheal J. Glazer has been appointed to the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) National Roster of Arbitrators for Healthcare, Administrative and Commercial cases.
Michael Glazer focuses his practice on administrative and governmental law and litigation with an emphasis on health care matters. His clients include hospitals, managed care companies, ambulatory surgery centers, hospices, home health agencies, pharmacies, pharmaceutical distributors and manufacturers, health care clinics and others. Mike regularly represents clients on a wide array of both state and federal regulatory issues which also includes work in the affordable housing sector as well as procurement and bid protest matters across the full gamut of government contracting.
