Rick Figlio is a shareholder with the firm who concentrates his practice on the representation of public agencies with regulatory, litigation, and appellate matters in state and federal courts in Florida and before State of Florida agencies, including matters involving government contracts, other regulatory matters, and claims that Florida agencies have violated the U.S. Constitution or otherwise violated federal law.
Rick is focused on solving problems with efficient, cost-effective strategies and representation – both with respect to avoiding litigation, and litigation itself when it cannot be avoided.
